2nd Annual Kol Ami Latke Cook-Off 2024
 
Chanukah is all about celebrating the miracle of the oil lasting for 8 days. As such, Latkes have become the signature dish of Chanukah. We want you to reimagine the humble latke! Are you up for the challenge?
Rules
  • You must make at least 30 latkes for tasting/judging.
  •  Latkes must be fried in oil but may be reheated in an oven. 
  • The latkes must be brought to Kol Ami in a disposable pan to reheat.
  • The latkes must be vegetarian friendly - No meat or fish. Dairy and eggs are ok. 
  • Your latkes do not need to be potato based.
  • If your latkes require a sauce/condiment/accompaniment, you should provide that as well. 
  • Please provide a description of your latkes with ingredients and allergens.
Your dish will be judged as a complete dish by those in attendance.
