Last year, in this column, I wrote about effective communication and the myriad ways in which Kol Ami communicates with our members. Hopefully, we have made some progress in our efforts for effective communication through enhanced technology, consistency in messaging, and dedication to closing our feedback loop.
“Benefits of effective communications leave all parties feeling informed and accomplished. By delivering messages clearly, there is little room for misunderstanding which decreases lack of knowledge and strengthens any relationship”. Our goal at Kol Ami is to make sure that your relationship with us is clear, concise, and knowledgeable about the happenings, events, and offered services occurring at your synagogue and connect you to those that may be of interest to you and your family.
While summer is upon us, kids, grandkids and other family members are out of school. Vacations have been planned or are under way, and we hope you enjoy your time. While at home, we invite you to visit your KA family and join us for services and minyan. We have plenty of activities planned throughout the entire summer.
As promised last year, I’m always available to communicate via email, text, or come see me at services. Kevin.cross239@gmail.com
