Shabbat Afternoon, January 26 (4:30- 6:30pm) - Poetry and Songs of Israel’s Early Years and How They Reflect Israel-Diaspora Relations. Session will conclude with Havdalah.
Shari Robins grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and visited Israel for the first time at age 17. After that summer trip, she returned to Cleveland and declared she would one day live in Israel and be a tour guide! She made Aliyah in 1984 after completing a BA in Jewish History and a MA in Education at Ohio State University. Shari lives in Jerusalem with her family and two daughters. She has guided trips for Rabbi Siegel each of the last 3 years and last year was the guide for the Kol Ami mission to Israel.
