Shalom, Kol Ami!
My favorite holiday is almost here—Tu BiShvat, the "Birthday of the Trees!" This celebration has grown to hold a special place in my heart, though it wasn’t always my favorite. About 20 years ago, I led my first Tu BiShvat Seder and was captivated by its symbolism and the chance to taste new fruits and nuts. Since then, my love for this holiday has only deepened.
